CAPER 2019 will be held at the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation from 1pm Wednesday May 8 to 3pm Thursday May 9. There will be an optional field trip on the Wednesday morning before the meeting to the long-term nitrogen manipulation experiment at Whim Bog.

Keynote speaker: Dick Bal, Senior Policy Officer for Natura 2000 & Programmatic Approach to Nitrogen, Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality: 'Avoiding deterioration due to nitrogen deposition by applying ecological measures in Natura 2000 sites: lessons learned in The Netherlands.'

CAPER 2019 will include a special student bursary in memory of Professor Mike Ashmore, allowing one student to attend the conference with all costs paid.

The organisers are currently accepting abstracts for CAPER 2019. If you wish to present a poster or give an oral presentation, please complete the abstract submission form.
