A joint event organised by the Science and Technical group for the Scottish Biodiversity Strategy, BES, and CIEEM. The meeting will consider the importance of monitoring for delivering the 2020 Challenge for Scotland’s Biodiversity (and other conservation policy), and will explore who uses monitoring data, how monitoring can make a difference on the ground for conservation, and new approaches to and challenges for monitoring.
